1.泡好的黑豆2把。

2.核桃仁一把洗净。

3.即食燕麦一把。

4.黑豆,燕麦,核桃放入破壁机,加几块冰糖。

5.水位加到1400mL。选择浓豆浆,按启动键开始。

6.大约三十分钟,香浓的燕麦核桃黑豆浆制作完成。上面的沫儿一会儿会消去,也可撇出。
